It’s the most wonderful time of the year in downtown NPR! Main Street is lined with wreaths and snowflakes, Sims Park is filled with ornament-adorned Christmas trees, and we can actually wear a sweater outside without melting into a puddle of perspiration!
To top it all off, Sip on Grand is hosting their third annual Deck Your Cart: Christmas Golf Cart Ride on Sunday, December 13th!
We had a blast at the Fourth of July Ride & Roll, and we’re looking forward to a spirited ride throughout downtown this month! If you’re one of the folks who will be coming out to watch, here’s some advice on how to keep you and your neighbors safe:
Wear a mask
It’s the polite thing to do, and it will make other folks around you more comfortable.
Stay home if you’re Sick
We hope you feel better soon! If you tune in to the Downtown NPR Facebook page, we’ll be streaming the whole ride. It’s like you’re practically there!
Physically Distance
It won’t be hard to maintain a six foot bubble with this route. Some of the best places to watch from are:
- Sip on Grand
- Bourbon on Main
- Orange Lake
- Sims Park
- Cotee River Park
- Railroad Square
- Fitzgerald’s Irish Tavern
- Kazu’s Sushi
- The Red Pig BBQ
- Ordinance Once
